Shipping Policy

At Kelixir Perfumes LLP, we understand that receiving your order on time and in perfect condition is important. That's why we strive to provide a hassle-free and efficient shipping experience for all our customers.

Shipping options: Currently, we partner with most of the logistics services  available in India  and choose the best available courier services in your location to ship and deliver the ordered products.Please note that the shipping time may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping option.

Dispatch Time: Once we receive your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days and dispatch it from our production centres or warehouses. From there, the delivery time will depend on the shipping option you have chosen and your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided by the respective courier partners.Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address : For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping

K Perfume will not ship to P.O. box addresses. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

Military Address Shipping
We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

Items Out Of Stock: If an item is out of stock, you can contact our customer support team @+919544642499   to check the availability of the product or can place an order of the available products.

Transit Time: In general, shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days

Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us @+919544642499 so that we can conduct an investigation.

Parcels Damaged In Transit: If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service @+919544642499. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service @+919544642499 with the next steps.

Shipping rates: We offer free shipping for all orders within India. 

Order tracking: The status of dispatched products can be tracked through our website. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your order on the courier partner's website. You can also track your order on our website under the 'Track Order' section.

Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Shipping restrictions: At present, we ship only within India. We do not ship outside India.

Damaged or lost shipments:In the unlikely event of a damaged or lost shipment, please contact our customer support team @+919544642499 immediately. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delay, damage, or loss caused by the courier partner's service or any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
