Online Payment Options

We allow users to purchase products using only the following forms of payment.

• UPI

• Credit Cards

• Debit cards

• Net Banking

Payments have to be made in full and the items will be shipped only after we receive the payment confirmation. Please note that payments can only be made in Indian Rupees and all the above payment instruments must have been issued by legal entities that are subject to Indian regulations and are operational in India.

Minimum order
There is no minimum order requirement.

Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in Rupees (INR). The prices are inclusive of all taxes.
If the products that you need to  purchase are  not available,  you can contact  our customer support team to check the availability of the product or can place an order of your choice. 

Payments
We offer multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.
You may use Internet Banking,  UPI, Cash on Delivery, and Wallet to make your purchase. We also accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards

Hidden charges
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on K Perfume. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Cash on Delivery (C-o-D)
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on our website, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Gift Cards or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees are accepted.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.

Credit cards
We accept payments made using Visa,Rupay and  MasterCard . To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card).

Debit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), and three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on K Perfume?
Your online transaction on K Perfume is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. All credit card and debit card payments on K Perfume are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

Internet Banking Payment
We offer you the convenience of using your bank's Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. With this, you can directly transfer funds from your bank account while conducting a highly secure transaction.

You can make credit card payments through the K Perfume mobile site.

Placing a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation. Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. 

    Terms & Conditions:

• Gift Cards or Store Credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders

• Cash-only payment is allowed at the time of delivery.

Using UPI Payments:

Approved Apps:
Payments may be made using any recognized UPI application such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or other RBI-approved UPI platforms.

Company UPI ID:
All UPI transactions must be sent or received only through the Company’s designated UPI ID:
[Insert Company UPI ID]
Verification Requirement:
Users must verify the beneficiary name before initiating any UPI transaction to avoid errors or fraudulent transfers.
Transaction Limits:
 UPI transactions must comply with transaction limits set by the Company and/or the banking partner.

Record Keeping:
Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID) must be submitted to the Finance/Admin team within 24 hours for accounting and reconciliation.
Refunds & Reversals:
 Any payment made through UPI that requires a refund will follow the standard Company refund protocol. Refunds will be processed to the same UPI ID used during the original transaction unless otherwise authorized.
