Exchange Policy
General Return Policy:
We will not accept any product returns due to a change of mind as long as the received product is not found to be defective on arrival. However, If the product received is found to have damage or the size is smaller than expected by the customer, the customer can ask for an exchange.
Eligibility For Exchange: If the product received is found to have damage or the size is smaller than expected by the customer, the customer can ask for an exchange.
Size Exchange Policy: We cannot provide an exchange if the received product is of a higher size than expected by the customer. If the received product is of a smaller size than expected by the customer, the customer can ask for an exchange through Whatsapp Number +91 9544642499. However, the return shipping charges have to be paid by the customer.
Timeframe For Exchange: In order to be eligible for an exchange, you have to return the purchased product within two days of your purchase.
Condition Of The Product: The returned product must be in the same condition that you received it in.
Proof Of Receiving The Damaged Product : When a customer requests an exchange due to receiving a damaged product, they are required to provide proper evidence of having received the damaged product.
Processing Of Exchanges: Once the returned products are received and accepted, exchanges will be processed at the earliest, and we will notify you once this has been completed.
